Kit for assembly and testing of piezo packets for Siemens VDO, BOSCH piezo, Denso piezo injectors. Allows you to test the injectors control element for leakage on the body, packet resistance at high and low voltage, linear elongation and hand press injector activation. The main function of the controller is to assist in assembling the Siemens VDO injectors, returning the injectors as close to factory standard as possible. The device controls the gap in the packet-pusher-valve of the injector during tightening, provides information to the operator visually on the display screen (or computer monitor) and intermittent sound signals. The kit includes the controller, connecting cables, adapters for measurements and testing of piezo packets (3 pcs) for Siemens VDO, Bosch piezo, Denso piezo.
